Yes, we most certainly are. We are licensed with the SC Commercial Contractor's Board and the SC Residential Home Builders Board.
If you are ever concerned about the license status a contractor, you should always look up their license with the SC Labor, License and Regulation board.
Absolutely!! We carry a General Liability policy as well as the adequate insurance on all of our vehicles and the proper Workers Compensation insurance. We also require certificates of insurance from all of our subcontractors. We do not believe in cutting corners when it comes to insuring ourselves or our work on your home.
This is always the hardest question to answer. Your project will depend on how extensive the project is and what options you have chosen, such as tile versus an acrylic surround in a shower. Obviously, the tile is going to take much longer.
However, we do suggest that you prepare for your project to take longer than expected.
For example, if we project that your bathroom remodel will take three weeks to complete, you should plan on four weeks to compensate for anything unforeseen during the project.
We can guarantee that your house will be a mess. Remodeling projects are messy and loud. However, we try our very best to keep all of the mess and noise to a minimum. We clean up after ourselves every day and we do not make any unnecessary noise. We also try to accommodate your schedule to the best of our ability.
When you hire us for a project, we will provide you with a "What to Expect" form to read over so that you can be as prepared as possible.
Our hand-crafted cabinetry is built to last a lifetime. We use only the finest wood that is harvested from sustainable sources right here in the United States. We believe that as a consumer of our land's natural resources it is our responsibility to be aware of where our stock comes from and be mindful of the impact that our use has on our ecosystem.
When we build your dream kitchen, you can feel the difference in quality. All of our drawers have dove-tailed drawer boxes and every door is assembled by hand with only the best hand-chosen woods.
The finishes on our cabinets are exquisite. We stain, paint, and/or lacquer every piece of our cabinetry by hand.
We truly believe in our craftsmanship and we know that you will enjoy our products for generations.
